Ingredients

  • 2 (24-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
  • 2 (16-oz) container seasoned and fully cooked pulled pork with sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Heat pork according to package directions.
  3. Layer potatoes, pork with sauce, and cheese in 6 shallow bowls. Top with onions and sour cream.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
