Pineapple Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen pineapple chunks
- 1½ cups fat free plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup ionized alkaline water
- ¼ cup low fat milk
- 1 tsp lime zest
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 2 kiwifruit, cut into half moons
- ¼ cup low fat granola
Instructions
- Process pineapple, yogurt, milk, lime zest, lime juice, and honey in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into 4 glasses; top with kiwifruit and granola.
