Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup reduced fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 4 thick slices whole grain bakery bread
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 (6-oz) pkg raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt in a shallow bowl.
- Dip bread in egg mixture 30 seconds per side. Cook bread in a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side of until browned; transfer to a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar and cinnamon in a shallow bowl; sprinkle on French toast. Top French Toast with berries and Cream Cheese Glaze recipe.
