Turkey Cottage Cheese and Egg White Wrap

Ingredients
- 1 cup 2% small curd cottage cheese
- ⅓ cup Bob Evans® Liquid Egg Whites
- 2 tsp ground flax seed
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅓ lb thinly sliced deli turkey
- 4 slices havarti cheese
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Process cottage cheese, egg whites, flax seed, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture onto a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet, spreading in a thin even layer.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until top is set and edges are golden brown. Let cool completely before removing from parchment.
- Arrange turkey, cheese, spinach, tomato, and avocado over center third of wrap. Roll up to completely enclose filling. Cut in half to serve.
