Peppermint White Russian Mocktail

Ingredients
- Simple syrup
- Crushed peppermint candy
- ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
- ¼ cup whole milk
Instructions
- Dip rim of an old-fashioned glass in simple syrup; dip rim of glass in crushed peppermint to coat. Fill glass with ice.
- Combine coffee, extracts, and milk in a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain mixture into prepared glass.
