Peppermint White Russian Mocktail

Ingredients

  • Simple syrup
  • Crushed peppermint candy
  • ¼ cup strong brewed coffee
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
  • ¼ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Dip rim of an old-fashioned glass in simple syrup; dip rim of glass in crushed peppermint to coat. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Combine coffee, extracts, and milk in a large cocktail shaker filled with ice. Cover and shake until chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain mixture into prepared glass.
