Flank Steak Bowls
Guacamole
Ingredients
- ¾ lb flank steak
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 (8.8-oz) pouch microwavable long grain white rice
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (15-oz) can Ranch style beans
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (11-oz) bag tortilla chips
- ½ cup refrigerated salsa
Instructions
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes; slice steak.
- Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions. Toss rice with cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Heat beans in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Arrange steak, rice, beans, cheese, and chips in bowls. Top with salsa.
