Meatball Skewers and Italian Pasta Toss

Ingredients

  • ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen fully cooked turkey meatballs
  • 6 oz whole grain rotini
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • ½ English cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup light balsamic vinaigrette
  • ½ cup marinara sauce, heated

Instructions

  1. Cook meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool. Toss together pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, and vinaigrette.
  3. Thread meatballs onto toothpicks or wooden skewers. Serve meatballs with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
