Chicken Sausage, Kale, and Apple Sauté

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked chicken apple sausages, sliced
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 small sweet apples, sliced
  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
  • ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook sausages, apples, and onion in hot oil in a Dutch oven or large deep skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned. Add kale, in batches, and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
  2. Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
