Chicken Sausage, Kale, and Apple Sauté

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked chicken apple sausages, sliced
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 2 small sweet apples, sliced
- 1 cup thinly sliced onion
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby kale
- ½ cup less sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Cook sausages, apples, and onion in hot oil in a Dutch oven or large deep skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until browned. Add kale, in batches, and cook 5 minutes or until tender.
- Add broth, soy sauce, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
