Fruit Skewers with Sweet Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
- 4 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 peeled and cored pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 pint raspberries
- 2 clementines, peeled and sectioned
- 1 lb seedless red grapes
- 1 lb seedless green grapes
- 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Beat yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar in a medium bowl until blended. Spoon dip into a serving bowl.
- Thread fruit onto bamboo skewers and serve with cream cheese dip.
