Fruit Skewers with Sweet Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 oz ⅓ less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 peeled and cored pineapple, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 2 clementines, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 lb seedless red grapes
  • 1 lb seedless green grapes
  • 3 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • Wooden skewers

Instructions

  1. Beat yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar in a medium bowl until blended. Spoon dip into a serving bowl.
  2. Thread fruit onto bamboo skewers and serve with cream cheese dip.
