Oven Braised Green Beans with Bacon

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- ⅔ cup chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp honey
- 2 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Add broth, vinegar, garlic, and honey to skillet. Add green beans and tomatoes; toss.
- Transfer skillet to oven; cover, and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until green beans are tender. Season with pepper, if desired. Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
