Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp herbes de Provence
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg cornbread stuffing mix
  • ⅓ cup sweetened dried cranberries, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook sausage, onions, and celery in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain, if needed.
  2. Whisk together broth, eggs, and herbs in a large bowl. Add sausage mixture, stuffing mix, and cranberries; stir until well combined.
  3. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.
