Spinach-Kale Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach
- 1 cup packed baby kale
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cubed
- ½ English cucumber, cubed
- 1 cup frozen cubed mango
- 1 cup ESSENTIA® Water
- 1 (5.3-oz) container plain Greek yogurt
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ kiwi, sliced
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Process spinach, kale, apple. cuucmber, mango, ESSENTIA® Water, and Greek yogurt in a blender until smooth. Pour into 2 shallow bowls; top with banana slices, kiwi slices, and chia seeds .
