Grilled Italian Sausages and Brussels Sprouts
Foil-Wrapped Potatoes

Ingredients
- ½ (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 sweet Italian turkey sausage links
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread Brussels sprouts onto bamboo or metal skewers.
- Whisk together oil, syrup, mustard, pepper, salt, and garlic; drizzle over skewers.
- Grill skewers and sausages, covered, 8 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally.

- 1 large russet potato, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss together potato, onion, and oil on a 12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper.
- Wrap foil around potato forming a pouch, and seal. Grill, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
