Ingredients

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg halved Brussels sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 sweet Italian turkey sausage links

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread Brussels sprouts onto bamboo or metal skewers.
  2. Whisk together oil, syrup, mustard, pepper, salt, and garlic; drizzle over skewers.
  3. Grill skewers and sausages, covered, 8 minutes or until grill marks appear, turning occasionally.

  • 1 large russet potato, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Toss together potato, onion, and oil on a 12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle with salt and red pepper.
  2. Wrap foil around potato forming a pouch, and seal. Grill, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
