Ingredients

  • 1½ lb frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
  • 2 tsp salt free Cajun seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle fish with seasoning and salt. Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake fish into large pieces.
  2. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  3. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice, thinning with water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
  4. Divide cabbage and fish among tortillas. Serve with sauce.
