Ingredients
- 1½ lb frozen tilapia fillets, thawed
- 2 tsp salt free Cajun seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 12 corn tortillas
- ½ cup sour cream
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 cups shredded red cabbage
Instructions
- Sprinkle fish with seasoning and salt. Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake fish into large pieces.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice, thinning with water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
- Divide cabbage and fish among tortillas. Serve with sauce.
