Easy Peanut Butter-Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 (18-oz) boxes double chocolate brownie mix
- ½ cup water
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (12-oz) pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
- ¾ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare both brownie mixes together according to package directions using water, oil, and eggs; pour into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking pan, and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Let cool 30 minutes.
- Spread peanut butter over warm brownies; let cool completely.
- Place chocolate chips in a large bowl.
- Heat cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges; pour hot cream over chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter topped brownies. Let stand until chocolate is firm before cutting into squares.
