Ingredients

  • 2 (18-oz) boxes double chocolate brownie mix 
  • ½ cup water
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg semi sweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare both brownie mixes together according to package directions using water, oil, and eggs; pour into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking pan, and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until center is set. Let cool 30 minutes.
  2. Spread peanut butter over warm brownies; let cool completely.
  3. Place chocolate chips in a large bowl.
  4. Heat cream in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around edges; pour hot cream over chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Spread chocolate mixture over peanut butter topped brownies. Let stand until chocolate is firm before cutting into squares.
