Ingredients

  • 1 (16.5-oz) log refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into a lightly greased 13 -x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 25 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together lemon juice, eggs, powdered sugar, and flour in a bowl; pour over warm cookie crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until center is set.
  3. Let cool completely before cutting into squares. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar, if desired.
