Ginger-Garlic Roasted Fish

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp less sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated ginger paste
- 2 tsp hot chili oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 green onions, minced and divided
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 (6-oz) grouper fillets
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place a large rimmed baking sheet in oven while preheating.
- Stir together soy sauce, mirin, ginger paste, chili oil, garlic, and 3 minced onions in a small bowl.
- Carefully remove hot pan from oven; drizzle with vegetable oil. Place fish on pan; brush with soy sauce mixture. Bake 15 minutes (depending on thickness of fish) or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Top fish with 3 minced onions and cilantro.
