Ingredients
- ½ lb ground beef
- ½ (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- ½ (1-oz) envelope taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 2 naan
- ½ (15.7-oz) jar spicy bean dip
- ¾ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly. Drain; add seasoning mix and water. Cook until mixture is thickened.
- Arrange naan on a baking sheet; top with bean dip and meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce and sour cream .
