Ingredients

  • 20 slices white sandwich bread
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup strawberry jelly
  • ⅓ cup grape jelly
  • 1 (16-oz) container strawberries, hulled
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 6-inch bamboo skewers

Instructions

  1. Spread peanut butter over 10 slices bread. Spread strawberry jelly over 5 slices bread; spread grape jelly over remaining 5 slices bread. Sandwich together strawberry jelly covered bread slices and 5 peanut butter covered bread slices. Repeat with grape jelly covered bread slices and remaining peanut butter covered bread slices.
  2. Remove and discard crusts from sandwiches. Cut each sandwich into squares.
  3. Skewer sandwich squares, strawberries, and blueberries as desired on skewers.
