Beefy Cheese Manicotti

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) pkg manicotti
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 2 (24-oz) jars pasta sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 (12-count) pkg mozzarella string cheese
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook manicotti shells according to package directions; drain and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce and seasoning. Cook over low heat 5 minutes.
- Spoon half of beef mixture into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
- Place 1 string cheese in each manicotti shell. Arrange cheese-stuffed manicotti over meat sauce. Top manicotti with remaining meat sauce.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and bake 15 minutes or until bubbly.
