Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (4.5-oz) pkg crumbled bacon
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • 12 fajita flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in bacon and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Warm tortillas, if desired. Serve beef mixture in tortillas topped with cheese and tomatoes.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg tri color coleslaw
  • ½ cup dill pickle relish
  • ⅓ cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 (8.5-oz) bag potato chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Stir together all ingredients except chips in a large bowl. Cover, and refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving.
  2. Serve with potato chips.
