Halloumi Burgers
Balsamic Spinach Salad

Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground sirloin
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (8.8-oz) pkg halloumi cheese, cut into 6 slices
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 6 hamburger buns
- 6 butter lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Mix together beef and pepper in a bowl; shape into 6 patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill cheese 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden.
- Stir together mayonnaise and dill; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.

- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette

- Toss together spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl.
