Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (8.8-oz) pkg halloumi cheese, cut into 6 slices
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 6 butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix together beef and pepper in a bowl; shape into 6 patties. Grill 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Grill cheese 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and dill; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns with cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.

  • 6 cups spinach
  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl.
