Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup garlic herb spreadable cheese
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine Parmesan and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl.
- Spread garlic-herb cheese over 1 side of each tenderloin; press each tenderloin into breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place coated tenderloins on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is done.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed baby greens
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup olive oil vinaigrette
- 1 (32-oz) pkg refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together greens, berries, nuts, and vinaigrette in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, heat potatoes according to package directions.
