Pork Chops in Garlic-Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless pork chops
- ¼ tsp salt, divided
- ¼ tsp pepper, divided
- 1 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp all purpose flour
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper. Melt ½ Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add pork to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add ½ Tbsp butter and garlic to skillet; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until butter melts and garlic is fragrant. Add flour, whisking constantly, 1 minute.
- Whisk in wine, cream, Italian seasoning, and ⅛ tsp each salt and pepper; cook 5 to 8 minutes or until reduced and thickened.
- Add pork, turning to coat; cook until thoroughly heated.

- ½ (24-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
- ⅛ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Heat potatoes according to package directions. Stir in chives.
- Meanwhile, cook green beans according to package directions. Toss with garlic powder and pepper.
