Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup minced celery
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 lb peeled and deveined cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 12 Hawaiian sweet mini sub rolls, split

Instructions

  1. Stir together mayonnaise, celery, mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, and onions in a large bowl; stir in shrimp. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  2. Spoon shrimp salad into sub rolls before serving.

  • 1 (9.5-oz) bag potato chips
  • 1 lb seedless grapes
