Bacon Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 oz fettuccine
- 4 slices center cut bacon, chopped
- 1½ Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- ¾ cup whole milk
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅔ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp.
- Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat; whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 2 minutes.
- Stir in milk and garlic powder; cook, whisking constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
- Remove from heat; gradually whisk in cheese until melted. Add pasta and bacon to cheesy sauce; toss. Sprinkle with parsley, if desired.

- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette

- Toss together spinach and vinaigrette in a bowl.
