Easy Tortellini Ragu

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 (15-oz) can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, and cook 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot cooked pasta with meat sauce. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
