One-Dish Dinner
Easy Tortellini Ragu
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 (15-oz) can fire roasted crushed tomatoes
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 (9-oz) pkg refrigerated cheese tortellini
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large, deep skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in tomatoes, marinara sauce, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer, and cook 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Toss hot cooked pasta with meat sauce. Sprinkle with basil and cheese.
