Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 (5-oz) pkg baby spinach spring mix blend
- 1 Roma tomato, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Drain.
- Arrange greens, tomato, cheese, nuts, avocado, bacon, and chicken on a platter. Drizzle with dressing.
