Ingredients

  • 1 (24-oz) pkg frozen fully cooked steak fajitas
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg frozen pepper and onion blend
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 12 fajita size flour tortillas
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated salsa

Instructions

  1. Reheat fajita meat according to package directions.
  2. Cook pepper and onion blend and garlic in a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
  3. Add fajita meat to skillet; cook 1 minute. Squeeze lime over mixture.
  4. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve meat mixture in warm tortillas with cheese and salsa.

  • 2 (8.5-oz) pouches microwavable Mexican rice and street corn
  • 1 (8-oz) container guacamole
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice according to package directions. Serve guacamole with chips.
