Ingredients
- 1½ lb lean ground beef
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 2 (8-oz) pkg sliced portobello mushrooms
- 2 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Shape beef into 6 patties; sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Cook in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink, topping with cheese during last 1 minute of cooking. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt butter in skillet; add mushrooms and shallots. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Cook 1 minute. Serve sauce over patties.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F. Combine all ingredients on a rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 14 minutes or until well browned, stirring once during last 2 minutes of baking.
