Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp lime zest
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ¼ cup peanut sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill, grill pan, or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat. Rub chicken with oil; sprinkle with lime zest and salt.
- Cook chicken in hot skillet 5 to 6 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve chicken with peanut sauce.
