Easy Barbecue Chicken Kabobs
Cheesy Potatoes and Sunflower Crunch SaladIngredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
- ½ (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and onion onto bamboo or metal skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired. Brush with barbecue sauce.
- Grill, covered, 5 minutes per side or until chicken is done. Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

- ½ (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ (15.8-oz) pkg chopped salad kit with sunflower seeds
